- Notify the Manager of any damage
to the premises

condition that they were when first occupied

Security
The Village uses a state of the art security
access system. The apartments and student bedrooms require
keycard entry. The footpaths between apartment buildings
and the University are illuminated at night and connected
to a duress alarm system. A caretaker lives on site and management oversees the Village Monday to Friday.
Rent and Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of $500 is required. The
Security Deposit is refunded when students vacate their
unit subject to a satisfactory premises condition report.
Current rental costs for 2008 range between $AUD150 and
$AUD175 per week (see application form for details). This
includes gas and electricity. Rent is payable fortnightly
in advance by direct debit or by instalments at the Residential
Office by EFTPOS, credit card, cheque or cash.
