Rent and Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of $600 is required. The Security Deposit is refunded when students vacate their unit subject to a satisfactory premises condition report. Current rental costs for 2012 range between $AUD160 and $AUD195 per week (see application form for details). This includes utilities and basic furniture.

Rent is payable via the following:

  • 48 WEEKS UPFRONT (2 x week discount for upfront payment)
  • 24 WEEKS UPFRONT (1 x week discount for upfront payment)
  • 18 WEEKS UPFRONT (1 x week discount for upfront payment)
  • 4 x WEEKLY
