  • Jen Jewel Brown
    Jen Jewel Brown is a widely published writer across many genres whose poem breath, in the voice of Ned Kelly, is in Best Australian Poems 2009. She won the 2010 June Shenfield Poetry Award, the Greater Dandenong Writing Awards Open Poetry Prize 2006, was Spinning Room (Melbourne) female ‘call-back’ poet of 2005 and Victorian Writers’ Centre Poetry Cup Best Performer in 2004. Jen’s poetry has been published in Cordite, Going Down Swinging, Meanjin, Salt-Lick, The Age and numerous anthologies. She wrote Skyhooks' Million Dollar Riff and poetry books Marsupial Wrestling, Alleycat and gutter vs stars. She is a successful freelance journalist who reviews poetry on 3RRR’s Aural Text.

  • Wendy J. Dunn
    Wendy J. Dunn is the author of Dear Heart, How Like You This? and a Master of Arts (Writing) tutor at Swinburne University.
  • Perry Gamsby
    Perry Gamsby, MA (Writing) teaches ways to take the eWriter from 'Idea to Income' through his 'Eat Your Words' course at Macarthur Community College. Perry has published and sold his own writing online since 2003. He produces content for over 65 web sites and lectures on eWriting, marketing and business. Married with five daughters, Perry lives in Sydney.

  • Adrian Murphy
    Adrian Murphy has just completed his Master of Arts in Writing and enjoys the philosophical aspects and practice-led research that is entailed through higher education at Swinburne University. He has previously taught business writing skills to the employment industry and is about to commence his PhD in Writing.
  • Brigita Orel
    Brigita Orel has published her short stories and poems in online and print magazines. She has an MA degree in English literature from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and is now finishing the MA program in writing at Swinburne. She lives in Slovenia where she works as a literary translator.
  • Eric Tinsay Valles
    Eric Tinsay Valles is a Filipino teacher of English at the National University of Singapore High School. He has published articles in Taiwan News, Asian Infrastructure Monthly and the Far Eastern Economic Review; and poetry in the Singapore National Arts Council-published anthology Reflecting on the Merlion as well as online journals Thirty-First Bird Review, Muse Apprentice Guild, Writing Macao and Wickedness.Net.
  • Les Wicks
    He’s performed & conducts workshops across Australia & is still smiling often. He runs Meuse Press which focuses on outreach projects like poetry on buses & poetry published on the surface of a river, latest publication being “From this Broken Hill”. Les has been a judge of numerous competitions including the NSW Premier’s prize.

    Daniel is a Freelance Writer/Editor. He holds a BA (Literature and Composition, Australian Studies) from Griffith University, and an MA (Writing) from Swinburne University of Technology.
